Study With Me will not disclose personal information except as permitted under this policy. Personal information will not be disclosed to any person, body, or agency (other than the individual concerned) unless:

• The individual has expressly or impliedly consented to the disclosure;
• The disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of the individual or another person;
• The disclosure is required or authorized by law;
• The disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcement of the criminal law or other legal obligations;
• The individual is under the age of 18, and disclosure to parents/guardians is appropriate;
• The individual applies to enroll at another institute, and the situation favors the individual; or
• Disclosure is necessary to meet the requirements of applicable government agencies or authorities.

When Study With Me discloses information to third parties, it will advise them to use the information solely for the purpose for which it was provided.

Study With Me will make reasonable efforts to ensure personal information is accurate and up to date. Individuals may request updates or corrections to their personal information by contacting Study With Me.

If Study With Me disagrees with a request to amend information, the individual may request that a notation is placed on the record indicating their version of the facts.
